FundingPro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website sixtyfourwest.com and the FundingPro broker marketing planning application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at Admin@sixtyfourwest.com.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:
We use the information we collect solely to:
We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or building profiles for marketing purposes.
We will never share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
Outside of these three situations, we do not share your information with anyone.
Your account credentials are stored securely by Netlify Identity using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Your marketing plan content, posts and images are stored in FundingPro's private server storage under your account, and a working copy is kept in your browser. Clearing your browser storage clears the working copy only; your saved plan is restored when you sign in again. Deleting your account deletes the stored content (Section 8).
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. We implement security headers and access controls on our infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The AI content generation features in FundingPro are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you generate marketing plans, social posts, or other content, your business and marketing information and prompts are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses.
Anthropic processes this data according to their own privacy policy, available at anthropic.com/privacy. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's policy to understand how they handle API data.
We do not send any personally identifiable account information (your email, name, or payment details) to Anthropic. Only the business and marketing content you enter into the planning tool is included in AI requests.
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Service:
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or any technology designed to track your behavior across other websites. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
For California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact Admin@sixtyfourwest.com.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as billing records, which are retained for 7 years as required by tax law).
The Service is intended for adults operating or managing commercial lending brokerages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
FundingPro can publish content on your behalf to platforms you choose to connect. You connect each platform yourself, one at a time, and you can disconnect any of them at any time. We never connect a platform for you, and we never post to an account you have not connected. Connecting a platform means you also accept that platform's own terms, and that platform's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
For every connected platform, the pattern is the same and the limits are the same:
FundingPro uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We request only the ability to view your channel identity and to upload videos you have approved. We do not read your existing videos, subscribers, comments, analytics or watch history. You can revoke FundingPro's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
FundingPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely: the only Google data FundingPro stores is the channel name and the OAuth tokens needed to upload, kept in FundingPro's private server storage under your account only; that data is used solely to publish the videos you approve and to read each upload back to confirm it landed; it is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with any other party, and never used to train AI models; disconnecting YouTube inside FundingPro deletes the stored tokens immediately.
Used to publish updates, offers and posts to a business listing you manage. Governed by the same Google Privacy Policy and revocable at the same link above.
Used to publish posts to a Facebook Page you administer. We read the list of Pages you manage so you can choose which one to publish to, and after a post is published we read that post back from the Page to confirm it is live. We access only the Page you select and nothing else — no personal profile data, no friends, no direct messages, and no Instagram account. You can remove FundingPro's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
Used to publish posts to your LinkedIn member profile or a company page you administer. We access your name and profile identifier so we can attribute posts correctly. We do not read your connections, messages or feed.
Used to publish posts to the X account you connect. We do not read your timeline, followers or direct messages. You can revoke access in your X account settings under Connected Apps.
Used to publish videos and photo posts you have approved to the TikTok account you connect, and to read back the result of each upload. When you connect an account, FundingPro also reads your TikTok profile's basic identity — display name, avatar image and account identifier — for one purpose: so the app can show you which TikTok account is connected before you publish to it. That identity is stored alongside your access token in FundingPro's private server storage, under your account only.
We do not read your videos, followers, likes, comments, direct messages or analytics, and we never post without your approval. Until TikTok approves FundingPro's app, every post FundingPro creates is private — visible only to you — and must be changed inside the TikTok app before anyone else can see it. You can revoke FundingPro's access at any time in the TikTok app under Profile → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions, or by disconnecting inside FundingPro, which deletes the stored tokens and profile identity immediately.
Where connected, used solely to publish content you approved. Access is limited to publishing and to reading back the resulting post identifier.
Some content is generated with AI, and some video may use a synthetic avatar or voice. Where a video uses an AI avatar or synthetic voice, FundingPro marks it as altered or synthetic content when it is published, in line with the disclosure rules of the platform receiving it. That label is applied automatically and is not optional. If you supply your own likeness or voice for avatar generation, that material is used only to produce content for your own accounts, is never used to train models, and is deleted when you disconnect the feature or close your account.
FundingPro uses the following processors to operate. Each receives only what it needs: Netlify (hosting, authentication and encrypted data storage), Stripe (payment processing — we never see or store your card details), Brevo and Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and Google (AI content generation), and HeyGen (avatar video generation, where you have connected your own account). Where a paid capability runs on your own third-party account, you hold that account and that billing relationship directly; we never charge you for it and never pass it through.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

We will respond to all privacy-related inquiries within 10 business days.
